Had to chuckle at the answer that said there could be CDD fees. Clearly from someone who knows little about Celebration.
Let me explain how Celebration is organized tax and fee wise. The are 2 governmental bodies and one, two , or three homeowner bodies making charges depending on the property.
As Celebration is unincorported on top you have Osceola County. The 2009 millage rate for Celebration was 15.984, which means means you pay 1.5984% of the appraised value of your home in property tax. (About $1,600 for every $100,000 in appraised value). PLUS fire and chemical waste adds $157 per property.
Next is the Celebration CDD. CDD's are governmental bodies and there assessment is collected on your property tax bill. The amount will vary depending on when and where you property was built in town. Figure $1,100 to $1,200 per year. This is split 50/50 between paying off the CDD's bonds and maintenance.
Every property pays for CROA, the Celebration Residential Owners Assn. It's the Master HOA for the community. The charge for 2010 will be $836, PLUS $269.34 for trash removal. (Unilke the rest of the County, trash in Celebration is controlled by the HOA. Little wonder it's the most expensive in the county).
If the property is in Artisan Park, which has it's own private staffed clubhouse and pool, there is an additional HOA charge of $315 per quarter.
If the property is in one of Celebration's Condomiunium Associations (eg, Georgetown, Artisan Club, Carlyle, Siena, etc.), then there will condo fees. These vary widely from the $200's to the $600's per month.
Finally, the townhomes that are not part of condo associations (eg, Artisan Park Townhomes, Academy Row, Spring Park, etc.) are all organized into Service Areas. The fees for these run about $250 a month.
Hope that answers you question. Celebration can be a complicate palce to figure out.
Let me know if I can be of more help,

The basic HOA for all residents averages $900 per year. But each subsection has other HOA's specific to the subdivision, condo, townhouse, etc. On the low end expect something over $3000 per year.
Taxes for most of Osceola County are 15 mill or ($0.015). I am not aware of a higher tax for Celebration, but there could be CDD fees.
