- Detached?
- Towhhouse?
- Condo?
- 2BR, 3BR, more?
- Parking?
- Yard?
- Proximity to metro?
- Sq footage?
- Fixer upper, needs updating or fully renovated?

The agent who previously answered your question is so right. Edgewood is a neighborhood that has a variety of homes that range from the original size dwelling to houses that have received additions as well as those that have been sold to developers who built a much larger home, typically arts and crafts style, on the site. You do need to be a bit more specific
