Your home recently sold for $127.49 per sq ft. One other home in the neiborhood sold in the $138/sq ft range last year. The 2007 year was a more active year than the 2008 year. This home was over an acre larger, which taken into account would reduce the sq ft price down to the $ 129/per sq ft range and closer to what you got for your home. There is currently two other homes on the market, but they have not sold as of today. The asking price shows a $ 150.00/per sq ft range, but again they have not sold and the market is certainly a buyers market.
