Dear Jsuscha,
I have the perfect solution for you. I currently have a home for rent 2 miles from UTSA. Is a great home and very conveniently located. I will suggest for you to rent and get familiar with San Antonio. You could rent this home and in the mean time we can start looking for homes. We will have to make a One year lease but, we could state in the especial provitions that if you found a house with me as your agent you could break the lease. Let me know if you would like to see some pictures of the house.

Thanks,

Jsuscha,

Auburn Ridge.... You'll love it! Just got one of my clients a STEAL in that gated subdivision right across the street from UTSA. Can't get really closer to UTSA with an older, well kept neighborhood than that! ;)

You said "possibly"... does this mean you are not sure what your time frame is? I see your e-mail and just have to ask, are you up at Butler University in IN? That's where I'm from. Go Bull Dogs! ;)

God bless and let us know if you need anything else.

Hi, I know you must be excited about the possibility of moving to San Antonio. You've selected one of my favorite as well as one of the fastest growing areas in San Antonio. There are many nice communities really close to UTSA, both inside and outside 1604. It really depends on how long and how far you are willing to commute. There are gated communites just adjacent to UTSA, which is kind of nice, because you avoid the students parking in your neighborhood. Parking does tend to be an issue in some neighborhoods. I actually sold one house nearby because the owners were tired of dealing with the parking situation. It's all good though, because it was grabbed up quickly by someone who wanted to purchase for their "student", and to keep as an investment property. :-D

I am providing some links to the crime statistics, traffic statistics, great shopping, nearby parks, and to the Northside I.S.D. which will serve the area where you are looking. If you want to search for homes, visit my website, listed below and go to the search all homes section. You will find almost every home in San Antonio!

Good morning! As the other people have mentioned, you have picked a great area of San Antonio to possibly move to - wonderful schools, lots of good shopping, entertainment for your kiddo, and the list goes on and on. I will pull some of the nicest looking homes in the area and email them to you shortly, but if you could send me your criteria, I would be able to do a much better job of sending you homes that will be the best fit for you and your family.

Thanks again for your question!

Hello Jsuscha,

Yes, there are some wonderful established neighborhoods conveniently located to UTSA! A few that I would recommend looking into are College Park, Woods of Shavano, DeZavala Trails, Crownridge....for a start!

With a little more information, like price range and what size of home you need, I would be glad to send you listings by email that you could review.

If you and your family decide on making a move to San Antonio, I would be glad to assist you with your home purchase. I am an Accredited Buyer Representative with over 18 years experience in our market. Let me know if you have any questions!

There are some great neighborhoods near UTSA. We can search the MLS by a radius search of the campus and then you can look at statistics on crime and amenities to help you decide what you are comfortable with. What would you like in a home? One story, two story, # of bedrooms, square footage, parking spaces, covered porch, fire place, pool, etc... Do you want neighborhood amenities? Pool, park, playground, gated community, etc... Have you been pre-qualified and for how much or what is your monthly budget?

How can I help?

Dear Jason, are you going to be teaching Tennis at UTSA?

I have to say, this would be the best move you've ever made!

You have not given me a price range, so I would go ahead a send you a list of properties that range from the low 100's to the high 700's
Feel free to search my MLS engine at: http://www.BuyingAndSellingUSA.com
If you can, there is a form you can submit with your requirements (needs and wants). It is a red square to the right of the website, click there to access this form.

P.S. Please clarify one thing, you have 3 kids and a baby? you have a kid 3 and a half years old?
You have a wife and a baby?
I will work under the assumption its just you, your wife and baby for the list will consist of 3+ bedrooms, and 2+ bathrooms with a garage, close to UTSA.

This area is growing at a fast rate, and it is still very affordable, the newest and hippest shopping center "La Cantera Mall" is located there, you also have the Six Flags Fiesta Texas, easy access to the Interstate 10, very low commute times to any point in the city, and is about 15 minutes from Sea World San Antonio!

You will absolutely love our great city!

Sincerely,

Ramon (Ray) Viggiani -Realtor-
