Helen,

Unfortunately, the Ponte Verde condominium in West Palm Beach development is a perfect example of a project that was purchased in large numbers by investors and is now paying the price. I show there are currently 64 active listings in the community with list prices starting at $22,888. Most likely, the bank will not pay the delinquent homeowner association dues, since their lien has priority. This creates budget problems for the association who will be forced either to decrease the level of services offered by the HOA or raise the fees paid active members.

I hope that this information is of help but if you need any more assistance, please feel free to contact me at 561 308-0175 or via e-mail at tom@tompriester.com.
