I love the Hubbard Heights neighbord..great mid-city location near the Gaynor Brennan Golf Course, Scalzi Park, Ridgeway Shopping Center and the Stamford Hospital. I have many friends who do live in this neighborhood and several who are involved with the association. A wonderful place to call home.

Yes, the Hubbard Heights neighborhood is safe and quite charming. It's in an area that is close to the downtown area and train but is mostly a single-family residential community that is composed of older homes that are well maintained. I hope this is helpful to you.
