Your agent would most likely have insisted in inserting a kick-out clause in any contract subject to the sale of buyers existing property. The kick-out clause would explain your right to continue showing the property and what actions buyer must take to waive financing and sale of existing property contingencies in the event you have another offer. I would suggest looking for this language in your contract.

Hi lajmb22,

Refer to your contract. It should state in the contract if you can still show and accept backup offers. I know in CA we can but it is stated in the contract/contingency.
