figure your taxes in Willingboro to be around 4400-5200 per year on a $150k home. Each home is assessed a value by the township, so each home may have a different value than one next door mostly due to amenities, size of home and land etc.

Just because you pay $150k for one home, 2 doors down may sell for $125 k and their taxes could be higher. vise versa...

When considering a home look at their current taxes. It will not be based upon what you pay for the house now. The current taxes will be the tax you pay for that home for the rest of the year.

Taxes in New Jersey for a home in Willingboro will range anywhere from $4500-6500 on an average priced home. Taxes are set according to the size of the home, amenities (how many bathrooms, garage spaces, etc.), lot size and age of the home.

You can't tell by knowing the purchase price. You need to look at the tax record for the address.
Go to: http://homebuyerhomesearch.com/ click the Tax Record link (more or less in the middle of the page).
and enter the address. It will give you the current tax info.
