Maybe you can help me to understand something. One of my frustrations has been that two units recently sold in our complex- one for about 240k, same size, but not a single update to it, nor particularly clean. Then there was that just went under contract for about 200 sq feet less, no updates since unit was built in late 70's, and general disrepair throughout, but sold for 185k. We have been working very hard to provide a beautiful home, laminate flooring, custome paint, updated kitchen and baths, etc... and don't seem to get any nibbles- any thoughts?

Just a few miles down the road we're trying to sell a 4 bedroom, 2 bath in Gaithersburg, 6 months prepaid condo fees- take a look! It's almost 1600 sq feet!

Several homes matching your criteria are on the market in the area, and many more will be coming on the market as the spring market is launching. I am happy to show them to you, but thought you may be interested to know that several are short sales which can be difficult if not impossible to move into quickly and are frustrating to deal with. What is your time frame and what are you looking to spend monthly for utilities and fees. Please feel free to email me, so your time is spent where it is most deserved. A lot of homes are coming on the market daily, so make sure you are educated before you buy . if you are not in a rush, you have many options available to you. (FYI- I am updating my website today, so it is down. It should be up by tomorrow.)

Dipak, There are 5 TH/Condos in Germantown between $219-$225K and 25 TH/Condos up to $300K. 3BD + 2BA and some with 3.5 BA.

You should be able to find a condo within that price range in the Germantown area. Is this where you are looking?
