Long story short. Resale, most likely (almost always) Yes. Sponsor sale, No. I like your brevity. Good luck!

Most coop boards require approval. However, you should also check on the solvency of the coop before you purchase. If you're not currently working with a buyer's agent, please feel free to contact me. Good luck!

Most of the co-ops in the area do need some kind of board approval. Just find a
good buyers agent to work for you and help you every step of the way.
Every thing will be fine.
good luck.

Board approval is not always required with a co-op. If it is a sponsor sale, generally there is no board approval. Not sure what your question is though.

You did not attach a link, so difficult to determine--if you are looking at a co-op(s) then yes, board approval will be required.
