Yes, there are financing options available.
Each lender will have their own guidelines.
For example, some won't finance anything less than 120K loan.
30% down and certain documentation will be required to substantiate your ability to repay the loan.

Overall, if you can't get financing through regular foreign national programs, you can
buy anyway through the private lenders - with 50% down.

Hope this helps,

A deal can be made for your situation.

Dear Tony,

The market is really depleted these days and there is extremely low inventory. We are getting over 10-15 offers on every property, so if you are not buying cash it would be very difficult to get a property.

Financing on a studio or 1 bedroom is hard now a days even on owner occupant applicants. In addition to the Lenders lack of financing options, Sellers of this type of properties are looking for cash buyers 90% of the time. If you have the cash, then forget financing!

The first thing you should do is to choose a real estate agent who could help you with all of your real estate needs, if you did not do it as yet, you could call me. There are always options.
