my uncle cosigned for my loan but owns his own house do i still qualify?

FIRST ANSWER

I'm not entirely sure but think it depends on name on the deed. Is uncle's name on the deed or is it just your name? You should check with accountant in the know. The government is looking at who bought the house...not who financed.
