Hi Shirley I am local agent out of Stow Oh which is next to Cuyahoga Falls. As an agent we are only allowed to talk about property characteristics or area values because of Fair Housing Rules. Many of my clients looking for homes, start by looking based on school district. Believe it or not we can't even tell you if it is a good school district or not. I can give you a place to look and evaluate for yourself. On the Market Insider tab on my website it wil give you that info along with crime statistics, demographics etc. That's probably why you haven't gotten a lot of answers. This is a tricky question for us to answer. Hope that helps.
we plan on paying cash for a home and not over $45,000 . We went threw bankruptcy and do not want to get a loan we are looking to do a land contract lease to purchase or rent to own .We would like to get into a good area and if we are going to take a loan when we plan on doing so within two years . We are looking at the Cuyahoga falls area and any place that has at least 1/4 to one acre of land . Please if any one is out there who knows of a place please let us know . At this time my husband is driving almost an hour to work . He has a great job but after working a 10-16 hour day it does become very wearing . Thank you
