Hi Chuck! 638 is a good score to have, and like the other agents, I would have to agree that it would probably be best if she tries to take the loan out in her name alone. I have a wonderful lender that has helped several of my clients. He can have her prequalified and ready to go very quickly. Are you looking buy in Morrow? Or are you moving somewhere elsein Georgia? I'd love to help you find your dream home! Please call me when you can!

Hi Chuck,
I agree with Carl out of CA. The two of you will be much better off buying a home in her name alone. Have you started your home search? What part of Atlanta are you considering? I enjoy working with homebuyers and would like to assist you in your search. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to call.

Yes your wife should qualify on her own, because of your score. Rate and terms will be much more favorable, and you will get a loan you can keep.
