my boyfriend and i buying house, we couldnt close on house because there was a lean, that was why we couldnt
close the first time, the second time was because the seller want able to do the walk thru, the 3rd and final straw for us was because she had not signed the final papers and the washer and dryer were gone and the frezzer was totally distroyed! thats when we decided to walk, i am curently reading our contract to see if these clauses are in there. thanks for all the responces, it is very helpful to me
