I know its not popular with my buyers! But most of the property in desireable areas are getting Multiple offers.

I am fairly certain this is not a popular choice amongst buyers...it creates a headache for those wishing to purchase the property.

As far as it being in Highland Park....anywhere in the local of downtown los angeles will always have some degree of demand.

Multiple offer transactions are becoming very common on properties that are priced agressively low. This is occuring on many short sale and reo listings in almost any desireable area of LA. Whether or not they are "popular" as in liked by many, I doubt it!
