Indian Village and West Village the inventories are tight. I would recommend West Village, the Midtown area and Corktown. Prices will be a bit higher in these areas but if your looking for a long term investment these are the up and coming areas of the city.
I have lived in the city for twenty five years and love it.

If i can be of assistance please contact me.

Thanks

Please provide your home requirements, and price range. Also, I have valuable information and lenders if you have not been approved for a mortgage on my website at http://www.pamsawyer.com

What price range are you interested in searching? How many bedrooms/ bathrooms? I can send you a list of these homes if any are available. Give me a call to schedule any properties that may interest you.
