Help the community by answering this question:

If you're family lives in The Villages, what is the distance you prefer to be to this area? What field of work are you in? By answering these couple of questions first may narrow the areas which fit your needs. You can also look up a school's performance through this link - http://schoolgrades.fldoe.org/. If you'd like to discuss your criteria further, I'd be happy to suggest areas that may be best for you and your family. As a native Floridian of Central Florida, I know the extended areas well. Mark below likes to work the East side of Kissimmee/Orlando, Narcossee, Harmony, etc.
I prefer to work the West side of Kissimmee and south Orlando, the Disney area, Clermont, Davenport, Reunion, Celebration. You are asking about 34746 which is right between us...so you have 2 good options in agents, may I say, hehe.

However The Villages are north of Orlando, while 34746 is south....not exactly the happy medium, althought a very happy alternative. In our area you can find identical homes to those in Orlando for about 20 to 30 thousand less, you can get new construction 3/2's starting at 140K, you can also get 100% financing becuase we have several USDA approved areas.

So, once you have considered your location needs, any of us will be happy to assist you.

Well I guess it all depends on what your current home has.

Did you know that you can check out my references and the references of the other agents you contacted on Trulia? Read what my clients say about me and what the other agent’s clients say about them on their Trulia profiles. Just click on our pictures. Pick the person you’d be most comfortable to work with. Of course I hope it’s me, but if not then best of luck to you.
