for the most part buyers are qualified based on credit score , income and debt ratio. In some cases lender may gross up income 15 to 20 % for disability and ssi and ssd

All of them, the source of your income doesn’t matter as long as it continues. FHA is a good one to check out because it has the least down payment and allows the highest debt ratios, good luck,
