There is only one home currently on the market in Lake Piru area, "priced for immediate sale" over $1 million. Let us know when you are in the area again, so we can discuss your real estate needs ovcer lunch at Poncho's Place, on Center Street. Sorry we missed you!

Hello Matt,
There are currently half a dozen homes for sale in Piru, which can be seen on our Piru area website. Piru has a population of apx. 1750 people. Piru has a post office, an elementary school, a small downtown and about 500 homes. Since Piru is in the unincorporated area of Ventura County, you would want to contact the Ventura County Planning Division, Dennis Hawkins, a senior planner with the division. Bruce Smith is the manager of the General Plan section in the county Planning Division. There is a the Piru Neighborhood Council - The council is an advisory committee to the county's Board of Supervisors.
So, the county Planning Commission and the Board of Supervisors is your best source for future development questions: http://www.ventura.org/rma/planning/

If no one is returning your call--are you speaking clearly, repeating your contact number slowly and more than once--oftentimes, one gets a message and the telephone number is said so fast, that it's impossible to hear the number--also consider walking in to any realty office(s) and interview agents.
