I would be happy to help you find a condo in Waikiki to call home. The one youre looking at is not a great investment, however. In addition to buying two units... they are both leasehold... So you dont own them free and clear, this is why the prices are so low. Once the lease expires, you no longer own the property unless the lessor decides to sell the fee... and that can be expensive, in addition to the monthly lease payments.
