Looks like you got some volunteers, I am a bit late to the puch again. Looks like there are 11 Homes on the MLS in Highland Pines. Here is a link to all of them... http://www.paarmls.org/prs/maildoc/a002CP9385.html I have a client that will be listing a home there soon but it isn't what I would call small. 2400+ Sq ft.
There are alot of great alternitives to Highland Pines if you decide you would like to explore these options my buyer's agent Nancy has seen most of these prine properties first hand.
