Hi Joe,

Please go tohttp:// www.activerain.com and search on foreclosures or short sales ...you will get plenty of agents. At my blog (search on Buddy Pope and click on my blog) you will see a thread I started relating my recent experience on a short sale that was actually salvaged from a foreclosed position...not many agents can claim that!! Good luck

FIRST ANSWER
Hi,

I have experience with bank owned foreclosures. Short sales are more of a challenge as negotiating with a buyer’s bank is often difficult.

I send a set of daily e-mails to my investor clients. I have four separate searches, 2 for single family/condos and 2 for multi families. All searches include all of Hillsborough, Merrimack and Rockingham Counties. Each search looks for keywords in certain MLS fields. The keywords used are; bank, as is, rehab, tlc and handy.
