FIRST ANSWER
Funny you should ask. I have a home listed about 3 houses from Spring in the South Hills area of Cleveland. If you go to my website link, you will see it. It is a 3 bedroom Brick on Hilland drive, just reduced the price. From my website you can request more information if you like.
