Finding something in this price range, waterfront, built after 1999 for $75K-$99K is absolutely unrealistic. Sorry to break the news to you. Descent waterfront (canal, nice view) 1200 sq ft in an area such as Pompano Beach, very convienent to almost everything will run you about $125K or more on up. This will be for a building that has a build date about 1971 or before but is well maintained.

I did a quick search with your wish list and found a few nice condos on water close to the ocean but all in your price range are much older. There are plenty of condos and townhouses on small, inland bodies of water that are newer, mostly in south Dade, east Palm Beach, and a few in west Broward.
