Contact a local Realtor who works in the area.They have many sources to see what is already in foreclosure or what is going in to foreclosure. It is true that sometimes foreclosures are a great deal and could be a good investment but don't just focus on foreclosure. It is a Buyer's market and we are seeing homes that are being sold with no repairs needed equal too or a little higher than the foreclosures.
