Looking for a property in Franklin Pk area, that we can be converted to a House of Worship, preferably along South Middlebush Rd, Cedar Grove Ave. or Elizabeth Ave. No less than 2 acres for ample parking and per township requirements, $400K max, may be fixer-upper and seller is motivated. Structure does not have to look like a church but spacious enough for us to gather for Christian worship. Found a duplex property (to help us pay mortgage) in Rt 27 South, just below Rt 518, which have been in the market for over a year and but seller's price is not motivated.
