If you want to search on your own go to the local Realtor's board website. If you were in Dayton, you would go to DABR.com to search. A real estate agent who represent just the buyer is who you need to help you quickly. They can help you search, set up showings, provide opportunities for loans, and all the other steps involved in buying a home. Our national website is Realtor.com but you can narrow your search to the state and city you need. I certainly hope you find some help.

As a home buyer, it has been most helpful working with a Realtor in our area.

That way, you can discuss what you are looking for, and you don't have to waste time looking at all the junk that is listed out there. If you have little time, definitely find a Realtor in the area you are interested in. Usually, they should know most of the properties on the market right now and take you to ones that are suitable. In addition, they can send you links from the local MLS so that you can preview photos (usually) . Good luck.
