Hey Barry,
I found a boathouse just outside Wolfboro with a full 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor. Inside there is room for up to about a 24 footer, with docks on both sides and outside the dock continues out into the lake about another 30 feet. The kitchen and bathroom were rough, but operative. The asking price as I recall was $165,000. That was in 1989, I think. I should have bought it.
