Hi Rafi - why deal with the headache of trying to bid on a foreclosure unit when you can buy brand new construction?? Buying cash will get you a great deal and you will have a lot of negotiating power on the price. Perhaps you may be interested in a new project called The Caribbean on 38th & Collins, ocean side. They have a variety of floor plans and prices start at $250k or $360/sq ft. If you are interested I can email you pictures and floor plans.
