You should make a buyer's representation agreement with someone like Leigh York. Your alternative is to search REALTOR.com daily, and to represent yourself through one of the listing broker's agents. Statistically, buyers who are represented by an agent pay less, even if the agent charges a nominal fee.

BTW--I'm a San Antonio area REALTOR, and have no acquaintance with Ms. York. Her answers and credentials do however indicate that she is a knowledgeable professional.

Hi Theresa.
There was a .5 acre lot for sale on Randy. It's been taken off the market. However, if you are still interested and would consider building I can check it out for you. There are still no listings active on Randy Court. Also, would you consider something else in the neighborhood? Does it have to be on Randy Court?
Feel free to call or email if I can help.

Theresa,

My name is Trisha and I live in Granbury. I do not see any listing in the MLS on Randy CT. Is there a particular home you are looking at or do you like the area?

My cell phone number is 817-573-0055. Call me anytime and we can visit about homes in the area.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Trisha
