This is a secure building with offstreet parking and there are currently three properties for sale in there. Unfortunately they are all one bedroom units but they have great floorplans. they are priced at $129,500 to $220,000. I think you are talking about the East Gaston Condo's. There are a few on sale there now that range in price from $169,000 to $425,000. 1 or 2 bedrooms. It's a great area, right across from historic Forsyth Park.
