The Northern end of Gloucester county has the best deals right now and is more likely to be zoned for mobile home.

Where exactly in the Gloucester County can I purchase land for the purchase of placing a mobile home there. I need a reasonably price place for my daughter and her kids to live. Thank you

I suggest you use an agent who has land experience.

Hi Sharon,

Mobile homes are allowed in the Northern part of Gloucester unless deed or subdivision restrictions apply. Mathews County is another possibility. Modular homes are considered stick-built however & are not restricted like mobile homes.

Please email me directly at: fairmarkethomes@aol.com or call me at: 757-713-3330 if you'd like me to do a propery search for you!

Sincerely,
