Help the community by answering this question:

As all the agents below who asked a lot of questions, this is who you should go with. You will of course have to make an appointment, have credit run if renting and get pre-approved if buying before you can even begin looking. Good luck to you.....I can say this, you are in good hands with agent Lu Cohen below.

Hi Brenda,

As the other agents have asked, are you wanting to rent or buy?

There are many neighborhoods in Boynton Beach that will allow a large dog. Do you want a home with a fenced yard or do you like to walk with the dog so you can get the advantage of the exercise? Again, how much are you planning to spend?

Please contact me directly, and I will be happy to help.

Any Realtor that you work with can check on the community prior to viewing. Often the information is in our listings if the listing agent has added the fields or comments. All you need to do is give someone your criteria, price, location I always like E, W N, S quadrants), bedrooms etc. pull up the available listings and then set up appointments after checking to see if there are dog restrictions. Pet friendly is most single family areas, about 75% of townhouses but very few condos. Good luck!

Are you looking to rent or purchase? And how many bedrooms/ bathrooms. Also what is your price range? Once I have that, I can email you listings.

Hi, Brenda-

If you're looking for pet friendly communities in Boynton Beach, you will find a surprisingly large number of Boynton Beach condos and Boynton Beach towhnouse communities that are pet friendly.

For example, if you're looking on the high end of Boynton Beach townhouses, you'll find one pet friendly community to be the trendy and elegant Estancia townhouses in Boynton beach, while on the other end of the price spectrum, your pet will be welcomed in the pet friendly Boynton Beach active adult community of Leisureville.

But there are pet friendly Boynton Beach condominium communities that run the gamut of price ranges from highs of six figures to lows of 4 figures that will welcome you as a pet owner.

If you're looking for a pet friendly retirement community, consider the large selection of active adult communities in Boynton Beach. Pet friendly active adult communities include the well known Valencias in Boynton Beach, as well as the country club communities of Aberdeen and Hunters Run.

In general, though, if you are not 55 or older, you will find that most Boynton Beach communities with single family homes are pet friendly.

The best way to locate a pet friendly community in Boynton Beach is to contact a Boynton Beach realtor and let him or her know what kind of home in Boynton Beach you're looking for. Do you want a condominium in Boynton Beach? A townhouse in Boynton Beach? A single family homes in Boynton Beach? Do you want to buy in Boynton Beach or rent in Boynton Beach?

Also, your Boynton Beach real estate agent needs to know the price range of the Boynton Beach home you're looking for. How many bedrooms and how many baths? Any special amenities in your home in Boynton beach in addition to it being pet friendly?

Once your Boynton Beach realtor knows all of this, he or she should be able to help you to find the perfect pet friendly home in Boynton Beach.

Hi Brenda

How much does your dog weigh? I assume at least 80-100lbs. That will make a big difference in searching. Dogs are sometimes allowed in certain communities, but they also sometimes have weight restrictions. Are you renting or buying? Are you looking for age restricted community? What is your approximate searching price? If you are renting do you have good credit and employed? If you are purchasing are you preapproved? These are all questions that will help streamline your search for a new home. The more questions a Realtor asks the more productive you will be with out a lot of hassle or wasted time.

I am here to help you if you need me.
