Hi Steve, I couldn't agree with you more. Builders are attempting to go over & beyond with sevicing the client . Yes, Khov does put out a good product and is offering a great home for the money. I just sold the last home available at the meadow creek community. They are about to open the next phase and they are offering some great incentives. My clients got a great deal with some nice upgrades and a credit towards closing costs.

I bought a KHOV home at Meadow Creek - it was a good deal, the builder did a very good job with construction - I guess they learned some things from their past mistakes. Certified Energy Star homes like these save tons in utility bills compared to our old house. They bent over backwards to make us happy!! They have a 30 day punch list, 6 month and 1 year list and they fix EVERYTHING no matter how small. Considering buying another as an investment. They can't afford to let any of their buyers down in this market so they go above and beyond!!

KHov builds the worst houses on earth. Just check out the 3 developments they did in Williamstown NJ. All 3 development homeowners associations have brought class action suit against KHov. Stay away!
