Last on market in 2008 when it sold.
Tax records do not indicate any recent recordings.
Why do you ask ?
Are you in the market for a foreclosure ? You can search them all for free at my sight, http://www.texasreo.pro.
Be careful though, not everything shown, though dervied from reliable sources, is not always accurate, and subject to constant change as borrowers correct defaults, file bankruptcy, pay off, or modify loans.

I would be interested in the source also - I have been seeing a couple of this type of thing every week that has no bearing at all to what is going with the property.
Thanks

No,

In fact I actually sold that house to my client and he still lives there and he paid cash. Where are you getting the information that it has foreclosed?

I'd love to find out to make sure there hasn't been something missed.

Also, we have access to ALL foreclosure lists so if you are looking for foreclosures; please let me know.

Thanks,

Josh
