is ti safe and a good buy to buy the 1867yr old house at 6020 Moller road in Indianapolis?

There is already an accepted offer on that property, and there is an Inspection contingency in place.

What I notice most, however, is that the house has been on and off the market for over 3 years. If it was such a great deal, it would have sold earlier. I'm no convinced that it was a great buy. It's right on the road, backs up to a tight subdivision, and has an odd floorplan.

Buying an older home can be risky. However, with all risky there is a possibility of a good return. Are you currently working with a Realtor on this purchase? If not, contact me.
