Trophy Club is a really popular area, and homes can sell quickly - especially if well maintained.
If you are looking to buy, and don't need to sell your current home in Trophy Club first, I suggest you go ahead and get full approval on your loan and be ready to strike when a property presents itself that meets your criteria. Otherwise, that home could be the 'one that got away'.

If you have to sell first before buying, I recommend you consider selling the home and negotiating to rent back from the new owner. Two reasons for this: 1. You can coordinate to move only once - going into storage and renting trucks or hiring moving companies is quite expensive. 2. You can make sure the buyer on your current home actually purchases the house fully before you move out. Finding your next home, if you know you want to stay in the immediate area, is really not that difficult or time consuming.

Bruce is right - this one sold already and at a fairly low price because of its condition. It had been listed at $255k.
