Terrence thank you for pointing out that it is under agreement, that is why i couldnt find it in a current listing search. isnt it easier telling me it is pending than emailing me to ask me to only answer questions in NH, it takes less than a minute to find a listing and pass on the listing agents name and number to a buyer without asking for anything in return. yes when it isnt found someones best choice is to have a buyer broker that can answer all these questions for them on this house or any other in their area.

Your best bet is Hire a buyer broker in your area, in most cases you can hire one at no cost to you, they get paid their commission from the fee the listing agent offers in mls and get paid at closing. this way you have someone to assist you through the buying process and can get you some answers on this or other properties. unfortanately the listing agent didnt include a personal contact for me to pass on. . good luck
