Hi Jim, Zillow's "zestimate" of my home today is $74k more than what it was formally appraised for this past May. Unfortunately, on-line valuation estimates are not always accurate. The best way for me to determine value is what homes have sold for in recent months derived from MLS data (usually go back 3-4 months). Here's some info on Clyde Avenue:

The Association Fee is a little under $300 per month. The fee includes unit coverage so you don't have an extra monthly expense for hazard insurance required by a lender. The home is for sale as an auction property. My experience with auctions are that even though you may win the bid on the auction, the bank ultimately decides if they want to take that price.
