is there anyone around the Paw Paw or Bloomingdale, Mi etc area that would have a rent-to-own home?
We are a very dependable couple on a fixed income with a son in Bloomingdale school. We are looking for a home or mobile home that would be rent to own in this area or close by. We are responsible and quiet and really need to find some place to call home. We cannot qualify for a conventional mortgage and are therefore searching for a rent-to-own.
Anyone who has anything is greatly appreciated.

There is a home for sale on Scott Lake (24th ave just east of Bangor)...it is listed in the South Haven paper and/or The Reminder. If you drive by there is a for sale sign (corner of 24th & Flagler, just west -if you are coming from Bloomingdale- of the Scott Shores Association or Baylor Rd entrance to Scott Lake). I think they want like $82,500 but are willing to do a land contract. The price is a little high but again, it also states they are willing to do a land contract (if I remember correctly it was like $600 down/$600 month). I hope that helps!
