Hello A Sosa,
Here is a website that offers a free 1 hour video. Click on watch video and then scroll down for the full video. There are 9 options for borrowers facing foreclosure. Good luck!
Hi A Sosa,
Try homeq.com and pasreo.com- both are websites that you can search their company's foreclosures.
I've worked with many buyers on foreclosures- I can set you up for automatice emails on foreclosures if you like, and I won't charge you a thing.
Let me know if I can help.

A Sosa, Give these a look as they will provide you the links to the Bank/Gov Databases of REO/Foreclosures set up to provide the public free access to the purchase/bid info and property information like address/description, listing agent, asking price ect... http://www.mortgagenewsdaily.com/wiki/REO_Database_List.asp ... http://www.biggerpockets.com/bank-reo.html
Those Bank/Gov sites look like this if you'd like a sneak peak.... https://www.bidselect.com/servlet/RouterServlet?p_build_page
http://www.countrywide.com/purchase/f_reo.asp .... http://reosearch.fanniemae.com/reosearch/ ...
This search tool is very helpful in locating information about Tax Sales or other public records.
