Yes, go to https://entp.hud.gov/idapp/html/condo1.cfm ; The Condominiums page allows users to search for FHA-approved condominium projects by location, name, or status. These properties are not for sale by the FHA. The search can be configured to find specific types of projects through the use of the pull-down menus and entry fields. Detailed help is available online or contact the Single Family Administrator.

If your having trouble locating a condo on the HUD approval roster then you can check by address at http://www.checkfhaapproval.com. It will also give eligibility information if the condo is approved which is very useful.

There are some guideline changes expected on FHA Condos although the condo may be approved on FHA site , please do check the Condo meets the couuent guidelines before buying

please copy and paste this web address in to your browser https://entp.hud.gov/idapp/html/condo1.cfm
and you will get all the condoimiums that are FHA approved. Then you can visit my web site to search for condominiums that are currently available for sale.
