Dear Amanda:

Ask your Realtor and they should be able to get that information with you. There were many independent builders/contractors in Arizona City that build homes. In Phoenix area you tend to see more large builders putting in a subdivision.

If you wish to research yourself check the tax records in Pinal County for the original owners in the deed transaction history.

you can often find the builder in the tax info of the MLS report. The builder's name is listed as the seller in the first sales transaction listed for a property address.

You can check with the county or city permit dept. .
They will have some information for you

The county records will indicate who the builder of record was. Finding homes of the same floor plan is relatively easy. We can search the MLS in Arizona City for homes that have the exact square footage. If the home you are interested in is 1584 square feet their is a high likely hood that any other homes in Arizona City that are 1584 square feet will be the same floor plan or the mirror image of the floor plan. The mirror image is the same floor plan in reverse. Plan A has the bedroom on the right side of the house, plan B has the bedrooms on left side of the house. Your agent can do a search on his MLS specifically for a given builder. You may not get all the homes they built but you will get a flavor for where they built and can then search those subdivision for homes with the same sqft and bedroom and bathroom count. From that point you will need to look at each house to see if you luck out.

Floor plans are filed with the city building department, but that is a tedious process to pull up those plans one hose at a time.
