FIRST ANSWER

Actually, there is a program called My Community for Nurses, teachers, etc. which is available for you. However, those coincide typically with a lower down payment. Every mortgage is tailored to your own needs though so it is possible it may not be the best program for you - depending upon how you go into your home purchase.
