is there a free on line list of current foreclosures in erie county, ny w/o signing up or giving credit info?
all i am finding are sites that want credit card info for trial memberships to see listing details.

FIRST ANSWER
Not that I am aware of, and I do not recommend you sign up pay for the "special" suscriptions, they provide a list of intial judgements and begining legal proceedings for mortgages in arrears, but many of these never go to foreclosure, they are settled prior to, by the current homeowner.
