While the website is a good starting point, you still need to do more research. Things can change overnight and if the delinquency rate or owner occupied rate changes it could throw you off. I always get the HOA on the phone and ask what the current rates are to ensure that it is still approved. This is usually the lenders job but as a proactive Realtor I make sure for myself.

You can check for FHA approved condos between 8AM-9PM Eastern Time at https://entp.hud.gov/idapp/html/condlook.cfm - just punch in the zip code you are looking for, and make sure "DELRAP/HRAP" is selected. There is a "13 PALMS HOA" that appears to be approved, not sure if it is the same as this building though. Did you find a unit for sale on line in it?

Which unit are you inquiring about? There aren't any available in this building right now. If you're looking to buy an FHA approved condo in Burbank area, please let me know

Are you interested in this home as a buyer? The MLS system is having tech difficulties right now. I am looking into clearly giving you the best answer as soon as possible.
