is the area around Alta Vista Way dublin good area? they are older custome homes there..do you know who was?

FIRST ANSWER

If you are referring to Alta Vista Way in Danville (off Camino Tassajara Road), that is a very nice area. The homes are bright and spacious, the yards are large (some yards back to open space) plus the schools are top-rated. How can you go wrong? Most of the homes there in Cameo Crest and Northridge Hills were built by Signature Homes between 13-16 years ago. If I can be of further help to you, please let me know.
