There might be some "hard money" sources that are still willing to take the risk but there would be very stict criteria and I'm sure it would be expensive. My advice is to check with mortgage brokers; I'm confident you will not find a bank that is still offering non verification loans

Have seen several website offering this in NY, CA and others. I havent found one in WA as yet.

Stated mortgages exist no where that I know of... if another broker knows better feel free to share :)
