I think Shenandoah is a good place to invest, the properties are inexpensive, there are always people looking to rent here and work is not to far away. The people of Shenandoah are hopsitable, friendly and neighborly. I have multiple investment properties here and I'm very happy with the return.

Check out this link and see if you like the numbers. Personally, I wouldn't consider going there. The economy is well below the median income levels for the nation, homes are old (deferred maintenance), population growth has moved backwards....all these figures can be seen here (http://www.bestplaces.net/city/Shenandoah_PA-OVERVIEW-542700…)

I work with investors in markets throughout the US. As a professional in real estate investing, I would say not to go there. I know there are better alternatives than that city/area.
